Constructed of straw bale, mud-bricks and local trees providing warmth all year round – from frosty winters to hot dry summers, our high rafted ceiling, open fireplace and comfortable surroundings just beckon luxury.
Sit back and relax by the fire, enjoy a glass of local Central Otago wine while your meal is cooked by our professional chef. When the balmy summers are upon us, select to dine with the sheltered courtyard and gaze upon the beauty of our night skies. The warmth of our large open fire on hand should a chill in the air arise.
